 sunderstandings\, uncertainties - or simply because real change always tak
 es energy. This training therefore provides practical tools to help get pe
 ople on board\, defuse conflicts and design change processes in such a way
  that they actually work.\n\n\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n\n\n- Practical tools 
 from psychology\, process design and modern change management\n\n- Analysi
